The French scientific and professional communities welcome IHC 2022, a great event to foster horticultural sciences and innovation worldwide.

In the frame of this international event, VEGEPOLYS VALLEY and the PlantInterCluster organizes a learning expedition about European projects and opportunities around the plant sector. By joining this group, you will benefit of an entire package (960€) to facilitate your venue and be focused on the networking and learning about European plant challenges.

Nowadays, agriculture is facing the global challenge to feed the world. Climate changes, reduction of pesticides, sustainable use of resources are strongly impacting our sector and particularly plant industry. To overpass these barriers, several plant clusters decided to join their effort and facilitate the linkage between innovative projects.

The PlantInterCluster (PIC) has almost 10 years and built a strong international network with clusters around those sectors: cider, cereals, fruit and vegetables, ornamental horticulture, medicinal plants, mushrooms, seeds and winegrowing. This international and sectorial network works thanks to a common vision and motivation from its stakeholders.

Taking advantage of the impact of IHC 2022 in Angers, the consortia decided to organize a specific learning expedition to foster the cross-innovation and collaboration between European actors working for the future of plant production.
