Description of the aims and goals of WG’s activities

The core mission of this Working Group is to ensure the ERIAFF network reaches its collective goals by driving collaboration through strategic communication. We work to foster enhanced commitment, responsibility, and active participation among all member organizations, collaborating closely with every ERIAFF WG to maximize the dissemination of activities, initiatives, and projects to both internal members and external stakeholders. Our mandate includes developing a tailored communication strategy for the entire network, realized by facilitating constructive interactions and managing essential digital tools—such as the ERIAFF website and newsletters—to ensure they serve as effective, centralized platforms for seamless connectivity and vital information sharing.

Challenges to address

A key challenge is ensuring members receive frequent and timely updates on ERIAFF’s activities and the progress of each Working Group. Timely communication is essential to activate information sharing and foster deeper collaboration across the network.

Additionally, we aim to significantly increase ERIAFF’s visibility beyond the current membership. Gaining external presence is vital to build connections and, ultimately, to establish greater influence in relevant policy-making arenas.
