ERIAFF Bioeconomy and Resilience
Welcome to the Bioeconomy and Resilience working group!
Description of the aims and goals of WG’s activities
The aim is to strengthen the integration of European policies that foster bioeconomy innovation and resilient regions. The group works to connect regional initiatives, enabling knowledge exchange and collaboration for the sustainable use of natural resources in a decarbonized bioeconomy. By aligning regional perspectives with European strategies, it ensures that local needs and opportunities shape policy development. It coordinates efforts among ERIAFF member regions to deploy impactful initiatives, monitor implementation progress, and promote interregional innovation projects. Looking ahead, the group seeks to organize collaborative workshops and develop clear communication to engage and inform citizens, ensuring broad support for the bioeconomy transition.
