ERIAFF Communication

Description of the aims and goals of WG’s activities

The core mission of this Working Group is to support the ERIAFF network in achieving its collective objectives by strengthening collaboration through strategic communication. It promotes enhanced commitment, shared responsibility, and active participation among all member regions and organizations.

The group works in close cooperation with all ERIAFF Working Groups to maximise the visibility and dissemination of activities, initiatives, and projects, both within the network and towards external stakeholders. It plays a key role in developing and implementing a coordinated communication strategy for the entire network.

This includes facilitating effective interaction among members and managing essential digital communication tools, such as the ERIAFF website and newsletters, ensuring they function as central, accessible platforms for information sharing, connectivity, and knowledge exchange across the network.

Challenges to address

The Working Group aims to:

• Ensuring members receive frequent, timely, and consistent updates on ERIAFF activities and Working Group progress
• Strengthening internal communication to facilitate information sharing and enhance collaboration across the network
• Improving the timeliness of communication to support more effective coordination among members
• Increasing ERIAFF’s visibility beyond its current membership base
• Expanding external outreach to build strategic connections with relevant stakeholders
• Enhancing the network’s presence and influence in European and regional policy-making arenas
