On February, 8th, in Hall 9 or Fruit Logistica, 20 start-ups from 10 countries were presenting their products and services. A significant proportion of them is involved in big data & traceability in their solutions. If some solutions were more focused on production with platform and decision support, other proposed complete supply chain follow-up. These are the start-up of their activities, and demonstrate the dynamism into this thematic. Obviously, other exhibitors present their own innovation during the fair. This trend of providing more accurate, fast information to the final consumer is every year much more important
